We have been wanting a pool for a couple of years and had a few contractors come out to provide us with ideas and pricing. We decided that Ruben was the best fit for our needs. He was amazing from start to finish. He was willing to make changes during the middle of construction and even though he knew he could charge us a fortune, he didn't. He was very reasonable with the charges for all of the extra items that we decided to add after the initial contract was signed. The pool was finished in the time frame that we were quoted and we were able to swim for my sons birthday as promised.

I have already recommended Ruben to neighbors. All-Pro Custom Pools just completed a retile and plaster on our 20+ year old pool. I generally cringe when I hire someone to do work. I am critical and detail oriented and Ruben provided and answer and follow-up to every question along the way. He was personally on the job site numerous times following up with his work teams. We are thrilled with the finished product. Ruben and his pool care specialist even made return trips after completion to do follow-up chemical adjustments, brushing and vacuuming. We can't wait for warm weather to share the updated pool with our friends.
